Motion at ASHS
Female Student Programme
Motion is a physical activity program that empowers female students at ASHS to get active, enhance their Hauora (wellbeing), and be ambassadors for physical activity.
The sessions are co-designed with participants and aim to create a social community where they feel confident and comfortable moving.
Activities that students participated in last year included skateboarding, ice-skating, yoga, being introduced to the gym, boxfit, nature walks and more.
Days: Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon
